What do we do?
EduLift SA runs a weekly Saturday School Programme for children from underprivileged communities in Johannesburg South. We focus on basic literacy and numeracy, as well as physical exercise geared at furthering co-ordination, to add to their school based education.
Meals For Life is our food initiative focused on addresing food insecurity in our communities. We host weekly Bread & Spread drives whereby we gather sandwiches for local soup kitchens. We are in the process of starting our very own Meals For Life vegetable garden.
Our Mission
Our Mission is two-fold.
We aim to improve basic literacy and numeracy skills of children in underprivilged communities in South Africa.
We aim to improve food security in our country through food drives, our own food garden, and education focusing on subsistence farming.
